Policies on conflicts of interest
If anyone undertakes activities that may result in a conflict of interest, they are required to file disclosure forms by October 1. The forms are available at:
One example of such a conflict is ownership (even partial) in a company with which the university and an individual does business. The policies are new, and should be reviewed by anyone who has any possible conflicts.
