Directions to Phillips Hall

From RTP/Raleigh:

1. Take I-40 West to exit 273A (Hwy 54 west).
2. Follow 54 West into Chapel Hill. Highway 54 becomes Raleigh Road (54 Business) at the overpass. Continue under the overpass and up the hill to Country Club Road. Turn right.
3. Follow Country Club through light onto Cameron Avenue.
4. The Swain visitor parking lot is on the right after the Old Well; across from Phillips Hall (left dark blue area on the map). Due to construction, visitor parking is available here only after 5pm and on weekends.

1. Pass Swain visitor lot. Continue on Cameron. Turn right onto South Columbia Street.
2. Turn right onto East Franklin Street at 2nd light.
3. Morehead Planetarium visitor lot is 1/4 mile, on right. (upper-right dark blue on the map).

From Durham:

1. Take 15-501 to Franklin Street.
2. Follow Franklin Street to Columbia Street. Turn left.
3. At second light turn left onto Cameron Avenue.
4. The Swain visitor parking lot is the first left; across from Phillips Hall (in dark blue on the map). Due to construction, visitor parking is available here only after 5pm and on weekends.

1. When on Franklin Street, look for Morehead Planetarium on the left 1/8 mile past Raleigh Street/Hillsborough Road intersection.

From Campus
Phillips Hall is situated on Cameron Avenue between Peabody Hall and Memorial Hall, on North Campus.
