  • Solid state reaction

Name: Microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition

Application: Equipped with 2.45GHz microwave generator, the 5 inch in diameter with substrate heater and rotation stage is used for the fabrication of CNTs.

Name: Laser ablation system

Application: The system comprises a pulsed Nd:YAG Q-Switched laser (1000mJ/pulse at 1064nm), harmonic generators, a three-zone high temperature furnace (Tmax=1,500 oC) and the optical accessories.  The system is used for production of high quality single wall carbon nanotubes.
