Title: Dark Energy Search with Supernovae

Abstract: Most of the energy in the universe is of unknown nature to us, but we can infer their presence from the observed acceleration in the expansion of the universe. I will examine the use of supernovae as cosmological standard candles to probe dark energy, and discuss recent results and future prospects.
