MEng in Applied and Engineering Physics, 1986, Cornell University.
BS in Engineering Physics, 1984, University of California at Berkeley.

Teaching

This semester I am teaching Physics 160 Introductory Quantum Mechanics.

Research Interests


Novel synthesis and characterization of nanoscale materials using molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) techniques.
Structural, magnetic, and transport effects in epitaxial metallic thin films, superlattices, metal-semiconductor heterostructures, alloys, and nanocrystals.
